Fine Dining

Honored with the AAA four-diamond award for 20 consecutive years, our celebrated restaurant offers classic cuisine prepared according to the highest standards, and renowned service devoted to making your time here thoroughly enjoyable. Yet our prices may pleasantly surprise you.

DSCF4152Head Chef Bruno Crosnier, a native of France, brings European elegance and flavor to the Connecticut countryside via such dishes as Salmon Tournedos with English Pea Coulis, and Filet of Beef Rossini with Haricots Vert, Pommes Pont Neuf and Seared Foie Gras in a Perigourdine Sauce. Holiday menus bring such indulgences as Beef Wellington and Grand Marnier soufflé, among other seasonal specials.

LambWhether it’s dinner for two in our main dining room or a group gathering in our sunny Terrace Room or cozy Club Room, longtime Maitre d’ Doug Bonjour and his staff see to it that every guest feels like it’s a special occasion. Yet our top-notch service and elegant surroundings are available to all—no need to don a jacket and tie, just come as you are and enjoy.
