DSCF4152Head Chef Bruno Crosnier, a native of France, brings European elegance and flavor to the Connecticut countryside via such dishes as Grilled Filet Mignon Bordelaise with fried potato wedges and  shallot tempura-topped green beans, and Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb with honey mustard, herb-crusted fingerling potatoes, creamy spinach and rosemary juice. Holiday menus bring such indulgences as Beef Wellington and Grand Marnier soufflé, among other seasonal specials.

LambWhether it’s dinner for two in our main dining room or a group get-together in our less formal club room, longtime Maitre d’ Doug Bonjour and his waitstaff see to it that every guest has a special evening. Yet our top-notch service and elegant surroundings are available to all—no need to don a jacket and tie, just come as you are and enjoy.
